Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and ensure smooth daily production operations.
- Achieve production targets and improve production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
- Monitor production quality, rejection, scrap, and downtime.
- Identify and implement process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.
- Prepare production reports and monitor production performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety, and quality requirements.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in plastic injection molding is an added advantage.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of production processes, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
