JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Achieve production targets and improve production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
• Monitor production quality, rejection, scrap, and downtime.
• Identify and implement process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.
• Prepare production reports and monitor production performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety, and quality requirements.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastic injection molding is an added advantage.

PERSONAL SKILLS

• Knowledge of production processes, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
