Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team supporting CNC machining and manufacturing operations.
• Own machining process development for milling, turning and mill-turn work.
• Review drawings, tolerances, materials and manufacturability before production release.
• Guide CNC programming, tooling selection, workholding and process optimization.
• Drive cycle-time reduction, yield improvement and machining cost improvement.
• Resolve complex machining, dimensional and recurring production problems.
• Standardized process sheets, setup methods, tooling lists and engineering controls.
• Support NPI, prototype builds, process validation and transfer into production.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, Planning and Procurement on delivery priorities.
• Develop machinists, programmers and engineers through practical coaching and skills transfer.
• Maintain machine/process capability and support equipment or technology improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification is acceptable; demonstrated skills are more important than academic level.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant CNC machining/manufacturing experience, with proven team leadership exposure.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC milling, turning and preferably mill-turn processes.
• Able to read engineering drawings, GD&T and apply practical machining/process-control methods.

Strong problem-solving, planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
