high-precision mechanical components and sub-assemblies
.
Our
primary sector is MedTech
, where we support the manufacture of precision components and assemblies for medical and scientific equipment, including mass spectrometry systems, stereomicroscopes and surgical microscopes. Our
secondary sector is Semiconductor
, where we continue to build capabilities in precision machining, assembly and advanced manufacturing solutions.
Over the years, Cragar has evolved from mass-production manufacturing for the disk-drive and automation industries into a
high-mix, low-volume precision manufacturing company
, where quality, consistency, flexibility and technical capability are critical.
As an
ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified organization
, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality while continuously improving our manufacturing processes, equipment, systems and people capabilities.
At Cragar, we believe that
people and skills are at the heart of manufacturing excellence
. We aim to provide an inclusive and progressive workplace where employees are encouraged to learn new skills, embrace new technologies, contribute ideas and grow together with the company. We value practical capability, experience, teamwork and willingness to learn, rather than academic qualifications alone.
Our transformation journey is focused on
advanced CNC machining, multi-tasking technologies, automation, digitalization, data-driven manufacturing and workforce upskilling
. By combining experienced people with new skills and technology, we aim to create simpler, smarter and more efficient manufacturing processes.
Most importantly, we want Cragar to be a workplace where
