• Candidate must possess a Technical Diploma or relevant Certification in automotive or motorcycle mechanics; this is an advantage.

• Proven experience of at least 1-2 years as a mechanic, preferably in motorcycles or automotive workshops.

• Able to work independently and meet job deadlines.

• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.

Job Purpose

Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic work on motorcycles to ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction while supporting the overall efficiency of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

3.1 Motorcycle Servicing & Repair

• Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repair work according to service standards.

• Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.

• Perform road tests to verify repair quality and safety.

3.2 Workshop Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the workshop area.

• Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.

• Report parts shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.

• Always follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Ensure quality control in all service and repair tasks.

• Report any incidents or near-miss cases promptly.

3.3 Discipline & Attitude

• Maintain punctuality, cleanliness, and a professional appearance at all times.
