Full Time Project Executive - Senior Project Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Prolifik Lan Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior /Project Executive to coordinate development activities, manage authority submissions and approvals, and work closely with consultants, contractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate submissions to local authorities for development approvals, permits and certificates, including Development Order, Building Plan and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, consultants and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals.
• Monitor approval timelines, statutory requirements and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate technical drawings, construction drawings and revisions with consultants and site teams.
• Track project progress, resolve technical issues and follow up on outstanding submissions and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, correspondence and project documentation.
• Prepare progress reports, authority fee payment requisitions and consultant fee documentation.
• Coordinate consultant quotations, appointments, scope of work, deliverables and fee claims.
• Identify potential approval risks and delays, and provide regular updates to management.
• Provide guidance and support to junior executives and project support staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development, project coordination or authority liaison.
• Experience working with a property developer will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with local authority submissions, development approvals and CCC processes.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to travel or work at project locations in Kulai, Kota Tinggi and Mersing, Johor.
