Job Description

Requirements

·         Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

·         At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics operations.

·         Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.

·         Good understanding of warehouse receiving processes and inventory control.

·         Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

·         Responsible, organised, and committed to maintaining accurate records.

·         Willing to work overtime and on Saturdays when operational requirements demand.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

·         Receive and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and other supporting documents.

·         Perform accurate system transactions and data entry for all inbound shipments.

·         Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure all receiving documentation is complete and accurate.

·         Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

·         Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.

·         Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports for management.

·         Monitor warehouse consumables and coordinate replenishment with the Purchasing Department.

·         Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve receiving discrepancies and documentation issues.

·         Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.

·         Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of warehouse documents.

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.

·         Practise good housekeeping (5S) and comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Inbound Supervisor, Warehouse & Logistics Manager, or Management.
