ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Location: Taman Perindustrian Tiram, Ulu Tiram, Johor

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, maintain billing records and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents, client forms and supporting documentation.
• Maintain company registrations, licences and vendor accounts, including CIDB and SSM, and coordinate timely renewals.
• Maintain records of workers’ competency cards and certificates, including OGSP, CIDB and AESP, monitor expiry dates and arrange renewals.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and transportation for site personnel.
• Maintain company vehicle records and arrange road tax and insurance renewals, servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain organised filing systems and ensure company documents and records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to office and site teams.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and email correspondence.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in tender documentation, worker certification records or site administration would be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
