Full Time BUYER (PURCHASER) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in LW SYS Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Working Hour : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Working Day : Monday - Friday
Located in Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang

Key Responsibilities:

• Choose suppliers for goods and materials.
• Find new products and review current ones to stay competitive.
• Talk to existing suppliers, negotiate prices, and delivery terms.
• Find and qualify new suppliers and save costs where possible.
• Create purchase orders, track orders, and check deliveries.
• Negotiate payment terms and times for purchase orders.
• Keep organized records of supplier performance and handle quality issues.
• Ensure efficient material planning, buying, and inventory management.
• Arrange procurement to meet company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and find new suppliers.
• Work with other departments for supply and demand planning.
• Help the Procurement team and handle tasks assigned by superiors.
• Follow ISO requirements and company safety rules.
• Maintain quality standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Serious applicants only
• At least diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
