Full Time NPI Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

-Drive and support NPI activities from prototype and engineering builds through qualification and HVM readiness.

-Coordinate engineering builds, pilot runs, qualification activities, materials, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing resources.

-Monitor build progress, WIP, yield, cycle time, defects, and manufacturing readiness.

-Work closely with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Equipment, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

-Identify and resolve NPI-related manufacturing, quality, process, and execution issues.

-Support PFMEA, Control Plan, MRB, CAPA, deviation management, and change control activities.

-Conduct data analysis to identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.

-Prepare NPI reports, dashboards, trackers, and readiness updates.

-Support yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization initiatives.

-Support the transition of new products and processes from NPI into High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).

Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in NPI, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related industry.

-Experience in NPI, product introduction, manufacturing readiness, or production ramp-up is preferred.

-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and NPI lifecycle.

-Experience with PFMEA, Control Plan, CAPA, MRB, deviation management, or change control will be an advantage.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics tools is an advantage.

-Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

-Able to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
