Full Time Machine Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 + additional compensation in A Good Packaging Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• SALARY & EARNINGS

• Monthly Take-Home:RM2,000 – RM3,400 (Basic + OT + allowance (RM*************) + attendance(RM300)+performance).

• Basic Salary (by Qualification):

• F2 (SPM/SKM 3): RM2,000-2,400

• F3 (Diploma/Degree/STPM): RM2,200-2,600

• ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS

• Transport Allowance: RM240 (RM10/day)

• Night Shift Allowance: RM240 (RM10/night)

• Attendance Allowance: RM150 – RM300

• Meal provided

• Full Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & 11 days Public Holidays.

• Note: No hostel or transport provided.

• WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT

• Working Days: Day shift - 6 Days / Night shift - 5 Days

• Shift 1:8:00 AM – 6:00 PM |Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Environment: Factory machinery

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate plastic bag production machinery.

• Monitor safety/quality standards and conduct routine inspections.

• Handle plastic material and record production data.

• Maintain work area cleanliness (GMP) and report malfunctions.

• REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian Citizen only.

• Language: Must read/understand simpleEnglish (for machine operation). Mandarin is an advantage.

• Attributes: Energetic, alert, and comfortable in a factory setting.
