Full Time Customer Support Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in Search Acumen Pte Ltd West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

· Support marketing content development in alignment with sales strategies

· Keep up-to-date with new solutions and parts products offered by company

· Perform sales of solutions and parts products (machinery and equipment)

· Identify parts and solutions sales based on information gathered through Japan and China office

· Develop parts and solutions sales proposals and related documents

· Research potential customer information to facilitate sales of parts and solutions products

· Establish rapport and cultivate relationship with customers

· Lead communication of new parts and solutions products introductions, features, benefits and prices to customers

· Develop technical product collaterals for use by sales offices

· Engage in customer meetings to build deeper understanding of technical requirements and solutions

· Provide solutions product and technology training to the sales office team

· Collaborate with sales office teams to develop and recommend parts and solutions products that meet customer requirements

· Conduct negotiations on technical aspects of contracts

· Develop proposals and conduct presentations, trainings and product demonstrations to customers

· Translate business requirements of the client into technical specifications and requirements

Answer customer queries and requests for information on the parts and solutions products

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
