Full Time Project Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in V1Proventure Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Designs and Submissions

1. Input and checking on the plans provided by the consultants.

2. Coordinating with architects & consultants on the preparation and submission of plans.

3. Assisting Project Manager in monitoring and liaising with contractors in terms of work done and occurrence of problem on site.

4. Liaising with QS, architects & ID for material specification (finishes, door & window, flooring)

Supervision of Site Work

5. Assisting Project Manager in monitoring and liaising with contractors in terms of work done and occurrence of problem on site.

6. Liaising with authorities for site inspection for earthwork & road cutting.

7. Monitoring defects work of contractors and liaise the Management Company

Admin Works

8. Liaising with Account Department on requesting documents

9. Assisting Sales Department in compiling documents & plans

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
