Job description:

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities (BQ) for electrical works.

· Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies to optimize project budgets.

· Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement and negotiation processes.

· Monitor project costs, perform progress claims, variation orders, and final account preparations.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

· Maintain accurate records of all financial and contractual documentation.

· Assist in project planning, cost forecasting, and risk assessment.

· Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 2–5 years of related experience in electrical or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works will have an added advantage.

· Strong understanding or interest in tendering processes, contract management, and construction cost control.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software is an advantage.

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
