Full Time Engineering Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in CTI International (M) Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the first-line Engineering support for production and shopfloor issues and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Gather relevant issue information and escalate technical concerns to the responsible Engineer for disposition.
• Maintain and provide a daily production issue summary, highlighting critical blockers and pending Engineering actions.
• Support Engineers with RCCA, validation, first-build, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and the other stackholders as required to support issue resolution.
• Support corrective and preventive actions for recurring manufacturing problems.
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and work instructions during initial issue investigation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering field.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have good technical fundamentals and willingness to learn.
• Basic ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Basic understanding of RCCA / 5-Why problem-solving methods.
• Able to respond quickly to production issues and identify when Engineering escalation is required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Willing to work in shift working hours.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
