Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity and attention to detail.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory as needed.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and loss prevention.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Perform basic data entry tasks related to sales and inventory.

Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries about products and promotions, and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all necessary supplies such as receipt paper, bags, and cleaning materials are readily available.

Perform regular cash drawer reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift, accurately counting cash, checks, and credit card receipts to ensure balance.

Assist with inventory management by accurately scanning items, stocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, loss prevention, and customer data privacy.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including assisting with merchandising, store opening/closing procedures, and customer assistance in other areas of the store when needed.
