Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: Diploma / Degree

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the heavy truck industry.

• Familiar with heavy truck brands such as SINOTRUK (HOWO), FAW, Dongfeng, Foton, or equivalent brands.

• Strong technical knowledge of heavy truck mechanical systems and maintenance.

• Experience in technical training, dealership support or after-sales services is preferred.

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Strong communication, presentation and practical problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel frequently throughout Malaysia.

Added Advantages

• Heavy truck driving experience.

• Fleet management or workshop maintenance background.

• Experience conducting technical training for mechanics and drivers.

Work Location:

• Pelabuhan Port Klang – Main office

• Conduct technical training for heavy truck mechanics, drivers, dealers and sales teams.

• Provide training on vehicle structures, engines, transmissions, chassis, braking systems and maintenance procedures.

• Deliver practical training on vehicle operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

• Prepare technical training materials, including PPT presentations and manuals.

• Provide technical guidance and support for after-sales services.

• Travel throughout Malaysia to conduct training and support customers.
