Full Time Sales Associate (HOOGA Mid Valley Southkey) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Eadess Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver a positive and engaging shopping experience.
• Support sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge.

Store Presentation & Merchandising Support

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and product presentation.
• Replenish shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and easy to shop.
• Support visual merchandising guidelines as directed by store leadership.
• Report low stock or display issues to supervisor/manager.

Operations & Stock Support

• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking of merchandise.
• Support stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow store procedures, safety guidelines, and loss prevention standards.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks when required.

Teamwork & Brand Representation

• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand lifestyle and values.
• Participate in training and team meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
