Plan content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other social media platforms.

Coordinate images, videos, copywriting, and posting schedules.

Review and optimise online copy, visuals, and product information.

Assist in planning online campaigns, promotions, and new-product launches.

Track content performance across platforms and continuously improve marketing approaches.

Work with design, photography, sales, and other teams to deliver online promotions.

Initially handle some online customer enquiries and order processes to become familiar with products, customer needs, and e-commerce operations.
