Full Time Account Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Sunlight Industries Johor - Maukerja

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Candidates with professional accounting certifications (e.g., LCCI, CAT, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) will have an added advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience is required.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with the company's shareholder from China.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting Software.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work onsite at Sunlight Industries Sdn. Bhd., Senai, Johor.

• Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations.

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and journal entries.

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.

  • Process payroll, salaries, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.

  • Maintain accurate financial records using SQL Accounting Software.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and government authorities when required.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
