Full Time Installation Foreman/Leading Hand & Mid-level Worker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in In Real Steel Selangor - Maukerja

Prior working experience in installation of iron flower/stainless steel products or similar metalwork is required

Candidates holding a valid Lorry Driving License (罗哩手牌) will be given priority, especially for the driver position

Physically fit and able to perform manual/on-site installation work

Able to work independently as well as lead a small team on-site

Basic understanding of reading measurements/drawings preferred

Willing to travel to different job sites as required

Own transport or willingness to work based in the Rawang area

Lead and carry out on-site installation of iron flower/stainless steel products (gates, grilles, railings, etc.) at customer locations

Read and interpret site measurements and installation drawings to ensure accurate fitting

Coordinate with the workshop team on production and delivery schedules for installation jobs

Guide and supervise mid-level workers/helpers during installation to ensure work quality and safety

Handle basic on-site troubleshooting and adjustments during installation

Ensure installed products meet company quality standards before handover to customers

For the Lorry Driver role: transport materials, finished products, and equipment between the factory and installation sites, and assist with loading/unloading as needed
