Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, recognised by MIA)
Minimum 2–3 years of audit experience with team leadership exposure
Strong understanding of MFRS and audit methodologies
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with ability to lead and review team's work
Ability to manage multiple engagements and mentor junior staff
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to handle Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts
Responsibilities
Assist in client acceptance procedures, including risk assessments and preliminary analytical reviews
Conduct audit fieldwork in accordance with approved audit plans and established methodologies
Perform audit procedures such as sampling, testing, and preparation of Audit Working Papers (AWPs)
Identify audit issues, conduct research, and communicate findings to clients and engagement teams
Monitor engagement progress, ensure timely task completion, and follow up on review notes
Highlight potential risks, control weaknesses, or inefficiencies during audit engagements
Maintain complete and accurate audit documentation in compliance with auditing standards
Support the audit team in delivering high-quality services within agreed timelines
Perform other duties as assigned by the Audit Manager or Partner
