Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or account management.

Proven track record of meeting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in SQL, UBS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To assist the Head of Department in managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the company.

Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.

Monitor creditors/debtors listings and monthly aging reports for management submission.

Monitor reports and reconciliation schedules for payables/receivables.

Verify invoices and payments for accuracy before final approval.

Prepare monthly cash flow statements and projections.

Monitor customer accounts for payment issues and resolve discrepancies.

Perform daily and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
