Full Time Buyer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Coraza Systems Malaysia Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and invoice coordination.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Follow up closely with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding issues.
• Resolve purchasing, quality, delivery, and supplier-related issues promptly.
• Prepare purchasing reports and provide updates on costs, orders, supplier performance, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years or more of relevant purchasing/ procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of sourcing, purchasing procedures, and supply chain processes.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and commercially minded.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
