Responsibilities
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome visitors and support office access procedures.
Key responsibilities
Greet and register visitors, issue and collect access passes, and ensure visitors sign out on departure.
Notify hosts when visitors arrive and assist visitors while they wait.
Operate the visitor management system and keep visitor records up to date.
Receive and log parcels where required, and direct deliveries to the designated entrance.
Keep the reception area tidy, safe and secure, and follow site safety, security and confidentiality procedures.
Requirements
Professional and courteous, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using a computer to manage visitor records.
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
