Full Time Project Delivery Engineer-HVAC, Electrical - ELV（0-3 years of experience) Jobs, in VNET Group Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. On-site Construction Management: Assist the Project Manager in on-site construction management for HVAC, Electrical and ELV disciplines. Supervise construction progress, quality and safety to ensure construction in accordance with drawings and acceptance per codes.
2. Drawing & Technical Management: Participate in construction drawing review and technical briefing. Support the preparation of special construction plans and work instructions. Track design changes and update on-site technical documents in a timely manner.
3. Schedule & Coordination: Support the development of construction schedules, coordinate cross-trade works among disciplines and resolve general on-site technical issues. Escalate complex issues that cannot be resolved independently.
4. Quality & Safety: Carry out inspection lot acceptance and concealed work acceptance. Implement requirements for safe and civilized construction, participate in routine safety inspections and follow up on hazard rectification.
5. Documentation & Handover: Collect, organize and archive engineering documents including daily construction logs, inspection lots and concealed work records for the assigned discipline. Support final acceptance and project handover.
6. Cost & Material Management: Assist in preparing material requisition plans, participate in on-site material inspection and stocktaking, and control material wastage. Support quantity measurement for site variations and change orders.
7. Participate in training and development programs arranged by the Group.

Discipline Focus

1. HVAC: Equipment installation and commissioning for ventilation, air conditioning, heating, smoke control and exhaust systems; quality control of duct and piping works; support system commissioning, air balancing and cold & heat source interlock testing.
2. Electrical: Construction management of power distribution, lighting, lightning protection and earthing systems; cable laying, distribution cabinet installation and wiring inspection; support power energization, insulation testing and system commissioning.
3. ELV: Construction management of intelligent systems (structured cabling, CCTV, BAS, fire alarm, etc.); installation of ELV cable trays, conduits and devices; support system commissioning and interlock testing.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering (HVAC), Electrical Engineering and Automation, Building Electrical & Intelligence, Automation, Communication Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Work Experience: 0–3 years of on-site construction management experience in building MEP installation or general contracting; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Preferred Certifications: Candidates with Construction Foreman, Quality Inspector, Safety Officer or equivalent certificates are preferred. Candidates preparing for or holding the MEP Constructor License are preferred.
4. Technical Competency: Familiar with construction codes, acceptance criteria and construction workflows of the relevant discipline.
5. Proficient in reading discipline construction drawings; skilled in CAD, TArch and Office software for technical document preparation.
6. Understand the basic logic of cross-trade MEP construction; possess basic capability for on-site issue judgement and coordination.
7. Familiar with engineering documentation standards; able to independently prepare basic documents such as inspection lots and concealed work records.
