Full Time ACCOUNT CLERK Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in CHIA HAI SOON MARINE SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• Perform daily accounting and data-entry tasks, including recording invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment details for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform data entry into accounting software and ensure financial information is updated accurately.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts when required.
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting schedules and basic financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, customers, and other financial accounts.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
• Ensure accounting records and transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform general administrative duties and any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
