Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Friendly, positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).

Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant and positive dining experience.

Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.

Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.

Assist with outlet setup before opening and closing duties after service hours.

Handle basic customer requests or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.

Support other outlet operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
