Full Time Machinist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Luxshare-Ict (J) Johor - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Toolroom Machinist / Toolmaker to join our Toolroom team. In this role, you will be responsible for machining, assembling, modifying, and maintaining plastic injection molds using conventional milling, grinding, and turning equipment according to engineering drawings and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Mold Machining & Turning: Complete milling, grinding, and turning operations accurately according to engineering drawings and schedule requirements.
• Mold Assembly & Maintenance: Perform disassembly, assembly, repair, and routine maintenance for production plastic injection molds to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Documentation & Feedback: Complete tooling checklists, assembly monitor charts, test records, and defect/action logs, providing feedback to design and production teams for continuous improvement.
• Equipment & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety rules, follow standard operating procedures for tool storage/maintenance, and keep the work area clean (5S).

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in plastic tool making, mold assembly, repair, and maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in conventional milling, surface grinding, and lathe turning operations for plastic injection mold components.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and customer specification sheets.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and meeting tooling production deadlines.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
