Job Description

Requirements

  • LCCI / Diploma / Degree in accounting

  • Have knowledge of SQL Accounting / Ecommerce software

  • Minimum 3-4 years experiences in accounting

  • Able to work in team-working environment & work under tight deadlines

  • Positive, committed, proactive possess initiative and willing to leran

  • Working hours: 9AM-6PM (Mon-Fri) &9AM-1PM (Sat)

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management report, preferably with experience in retails & e-commerce setor

  • Perform monthly & year end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliation , and report

  • Handle account receivables & account payables transactions

  • Assist Superior in daily operation & other ad-hoc tasks

  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing in hardcopy & softcopy

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
