Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and full set of accounts.

Experience in supervising or guiding an Accounts team is an advantage.

Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple accounting tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Assist in overseeing the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

Review accounting transactions, reconciliations, ledgers, and supporting documents.

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and accounting reports.

Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow, and other accounting activities.

Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.

Review project/job costing, inventory records, and related accounting information.

Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.

Assist in preparing audit, tax, and statutory schedules and supporting documents.

Supervise and guide Accounts team members to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Ensure accounting procedures and internal controls are properly followed.

Assist in reviewing payroll and salary-related accounting records.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties on accounting matters.

Support management in accounting reports, budgeting, costing, and other accounting-related matters.

Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
