Full Time TECHNICIAN CLERK Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in SOGREAT ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• Prepare, update, and maintain technical documents and records in accordance with company procedures and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Maintain and control equipment maintenance records, including preventive maintenance schedules, inspection checklists, and repair reports.
• Assist in maintaining records of machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and corrective actions.
• Ensure technical documents are properly identified, filed, updated, and readily available for reference and audit purposes.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining equipment inspection records and maintenance-related documentation.
• Monitor the completion and submission of maintenance records by technicians.
• Assist in preparing technical documents and supporting evidence for internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.
• Ensure obsolete documents are properly controlled and that the latest approved versions are available for use.
• Maintain records of maintenance tools, spare parts, and equipment-related materials, where applicable.
• Assist the Technical Department in maintaining records related to equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Follow company procedures and comply with applicable quality management system requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
