Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects such as cracks, deformation, colour inconsistencies and incorrect dimensions.
• Conduct required product tests using appropriate measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality reports and documentation.
• Identify, label and report non-conforming materials or products to prevent unintended use or delivery.
• Work with production personnel to investigate quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with approved work instructions, inspection procedures and quality requirements.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure inspection and measuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated as required.
• Support internal audits, customer audits and continuous quality improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience in QA/QC within the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with plastic product defects, inspection methods and measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand product specifications and inspection requirements.
• Good attention to detail, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with production teams.
• Basic computer skills for preparing inspection records and reports.

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
