Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

Entry-level position, highly suitable for fresh graduates with a strong interest in CNC machining.

Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and machine operation.

Familiarity with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of tooling and fixturing.

Willingness to assist with basic machine maintenance tasks.

Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a heavy industrial/machinery setting.

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.

Perform routine checks on machine tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand project requirements.

Set up and adjust machine controls, including speeds, feeds, and tool paths, to achieve desired results.

Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards using measuring instruments.

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Collaborate with senior machinists and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
