Full Time Logistics Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Standard Box Industry Johor - Maukerja

• Prepare and publish the daily delivery schedule based on customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Plan daily shipments according to delivery priorities, customer requirements, and lorry availability.
• Generate Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices for scheduled shipments.
• Verify finished goods (FG) loaded against the loading form and Delivery Order before dispatch.
• Liaise with the Sales team regarding ad-hoc deliveries, urgent orders, and changes to delivery schedules.
• Communicate delivery arrangements and provide updates on shipment status.
• Monitor daily driver attendance and coordinate manpower arrangements where necessary
• Update and maintain accurate pallet movement and balance records.
• Follow up with drivers and customers to ensure all acknowledged Delivery Orders are returned promptly.
• Follow up on overnight shipments and ensure the relevant DOs and invoices are issued, recorded, and properly tracked.
• File all logistics-related documents, including delivery schedules, DOs, invoices, loading forms, pallet records, and delivery reports.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

• Preferably 1 year of working experience in logistics, delivery coordination, warehouse administration, or a similar role.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, drivers, and customers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
