Full Time B - Safety - Health Officer (Greenbook) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in OTT CREATION MARKETING Johor - Maukerja

Our client is looking for a qualified Safety & Health Officer to oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance and occupational health practices within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOSH, FMA and other applicable occupational safety and health regulations.
• Develop, review and maintain safety policies, SOPs and legal compliance registers.
• Conduct HIRARC assessments and lead incident investigations, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Prepare EHS reports and maintain relevant safety documentation.
• Conduct safety training, emergency drills and workplace safety inspections.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Valid DOSH Green Book.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation and auditing.
• Good knowledge of occupational safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and ensure effective implementation of safety practices.
