Position: Retail Supervisor/ Branch Manager

Work Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Working Hours: 45 working hours per week, on a rotational shift basis according to the store schedule. Mall operating hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary Package: RM3,800–RM6,500 (depending on experience) + Commission/ Sales Incentives + Meal & Attendance Allowances + Performance Bonus + 13th-Month Bonus

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team to achieve sales targets.

Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity.

Manage staff scheduling and oversee daily store operations.

Ensure excellent customer service, brand presentation, and store standards.

Support sales strategies and implement initiatives to improve store performance.

Requirements:

Experience in retail, jewellery, or luxury goods sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-service oriented with a sales-driven mindset.

Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous supervisory experience is required for management-level positions.
