Full Time Senior QA Executive- QA Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SAFE FOOD CORPORATION (M) SDN. BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Position: Senior QA Executive / QA Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, VHM, Halal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation, including creation, review, approval, distribution, ensure proper record keeping and weekly meeting report.
• Conduct internal audit and maintain audit readiness for external audits.
• Investigate product complaints, non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
• Provide training to employees on food safety and quality procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments for product research and improvement, new product development, shelf-life studies and complaint resolution.
• Undertake other assignment given by immediate superior as and when the need arises.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
• Certified in Professional Halal Executive and Professional Halal Auditor is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, VHM) and Halal assurance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing audits and maintaining quality certifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and effective communication skills.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday-Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

Overtime needed

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
