Full Time Planning Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in RICHPORT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job descriptions:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate customer orders and ensure alignment with production capacity.
• Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure material availability by working closely with Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
• Track production output and identify potential shortages or delays.
• Communicate delivery commitments and schedule changes to relevant departments.
• Follow up on ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery) and expedite urgent orders when required.
• Maintain accurate planning records, production reports, and inventory data.
• Support demand forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Participate in production meetings and provide planning updates.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and customer expectations.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of Odoo systems is preferred.
• Willing to work shifts (night shift).
• Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
