Internship For Warehouse Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Futuristic Store Fixtures Selangor - Maukerja

Job purpose

• Receive TOs (Transfer Order) from production and ensure all being recorded into log book and stamped received date accordingly.

• Post ship out of TO once physical stock being transferred to production and TOs being signed received by receiver.

• Assist Warehouse Manager in store office admin tasks.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Proven records of good punctuality and attendance.

• Able to communicate well with colleague from all departments.

• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Duties and responsibilities

• Received TOs from production, record in logs, stamp receiving dates and do posting of ship out in ERP system upon confirmation of physical stock being transferred to production complete with receiver signature on the TOs.

• Received TOs complete with corresponding MRTS (Material Return to Store) Form from production for posting of receiving into ERP system.

• Update On Time Delivery report in share files on daily basis.

• Store related document management and filings.

• In charge of warehouse office administration tasks

• Data entry for monthly cycle count and yearly stock count.

• Support store operations such as stock counting, photo taking and etc.

• Perform task as per instruction by Warehouse Manager from time to time.
