Assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.

Supervise and train junior sales staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, sales targets, and customer service standards.

Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store objectives.

Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is organized and accessible.

Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving new stock, conducting regular stocktakes, and minimizing stock discrepancies.

Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
