Full Time Area Executive Southern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Edgenta UEMS Johor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operations and administrative responsibilities to all Environmental Services Division for Southern Area - mainly private hospitals area Johor Bahru
• Plan, organize and control facilities under charge to ensure smooth delivery of services to the customer.
• To provide timely feedback to OM/AM on ES operations.
• To ensure that the standardized UEMS program is implemented in every account under control and also in compliance with external standards such as ISO 9001 & MSQH and our internal standards.
• To support OM/AM in the handling of foreign workers, working very closely with HR Department.
• To participate in and assume responsibilities for the development of a favorable climate with the facility and a high level of customer satisfaction, especially that of the key decision-makers.
• To consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company.
• To actively cultivate an image of professionalism, integrity and character as representative of the company.
• To support the OM/AM in all start-up activities, working very closely with all relevant departments and personnel to ensure total success and minimal interruptions to ES Operations.
• To carry out performance appraisal for Supervisors from time to time and to provide all necessary support in their career development as and when appropriate.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the OM/AM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum qualification of a relevant degree, diploma or equivalent or with minimum 2 years experience in Housekeeping or Linen & Laundry.
• Must have strong management capability and personality.
• Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.
• Posses excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel within Johor Bahru

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
