• Daily Restaurant Operations
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Staff Supervision
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate service crew, kitchen helpers, bartenders, and baristas.
• Assign daily duties and manage staff shift schedules.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
• Assist in training new employees and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Customer Service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure customers receive prompt and friendly service.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate serious matters to management when necessary.
• Inventory and Stock Control
• Monitor food, beverage, and operating supplies.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or wastage.
• Assist with stock ordering and receiving goods from suppliers.
• Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
• Cashiering and Reporting
• Monitor daily sales transactions and cashier operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and payment records.
• Prepare daily operational reports and report discrepancies to management.
• Food Safety and Compliance
• Ensure staff follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and cleaning procedures.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant operating procedures and relevant regulations.
• Other Responsibilities
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant or F&B operations is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise a team and work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Able to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
