We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Proton Service Centre in Kulai.

This position is suitable for candidates with experience as a Service Advisor, or those with relevant experience in automotive service centre front desk, customer service, workshop coordination, aftersales, or vehicle service reception.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the service centre front desk
• Understand customer concerns and vehicle service requirements
• Prepare service job orders and explain recommended maintenance or repair work
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team on job progress
• Update customers on repair status, estimated completion time, and additional work required
• Arrange and manage service appointments
• Provide clear explanation of service charges, repair work, and maintenance recommendations
• Follow up with customers before and after service
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
• Work closely with technicians, parts department, warranty team, and management
• Support customer satisfaction and service retention activities
• Ensure service procedures and company SOP are followed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
• Candidates with experience in automotive service centre front desk, service reception, aftersales, customer service, workshop admin, or workshop coordination are also encouraged to apply
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Able to explain vehicle service and repair information clearly
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Responsible, organised, and customer-focused
• Automotive knowledge is an advantage
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Willing to work in Kulai, Johor
