Experience:1 to 3 years of marketing experience (experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or luxury jewellery is a strong plus).

Skills:

• Strong copywriting and brand storytelling abilities.

• Familiarity with social media management and basic design/content tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe suite).

• Good organizational and cross-team collaboration skills.

Campaign Management: Plan and run end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, and in-store promotions).

Content Creation: Create photo, video, and written content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Influencer & KOL Marketing: Coordinate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and fashion/lifestyle influencers for product seeding and brand partnerships.

Market Research:Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and consumer preferences in luxury or everyday retail jewellery.

Events & Partnerships:Assist in organizing roadshows, boutique launches, VIP customer events, and exhibitions.

Performance Tracking:Track campaign results, analyze ROI, and prepare regular performance reports.
