Full Time Supervisor- Assistant Manager - New Era | Sunway Carnival Penang Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Stream Empire Holdings Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Location: New Era Sunway Carnival, Penang

Job Responsibilities Supervisor:

• Lead the retail team during assigned shifts and provide guidance when needed.
• Keep track of daily sales results and encourage the team to work towards store objectives.
• Assist customers and help the team maintain a positive in-store experience.
• Coordinate merchandise replenishment and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure the sales floor remains organised and products are displayed according to store guidelines.
• Brief team members on operational updates, company procedures, and promotional activities.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and day-to-day manpower arrangements.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Address routine operational issues and escalate matters to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and other daily store requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and retail standards.

Job Responsibilities Assistant Store Manager:

• Support the Store Manager with the smooth running of day-to-day retail activities.
• Provide direction and assistance to team members during daily store operations.
• Keep track of store sales performance and contribute towards achieving business goals.
• Attend to customers and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Coordinate merchandise replenishment and support routine inventory checks.
• Maintain an organised sales floor with appropriate product presentation.
• Guide team members in following company procedures and operational standards.
• Support daily opening and closing routines, including related store checks.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
