Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin role based in Penang, Malaysia.

This is a shift-based position with 5.5 days per week.

Responsibility

• Support the sales team in smooth documentation, loan processing, insurance renewal, and vehicle delivery, while maintaining accurate records and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer and seller-related inquiries when required.
• Monitor documentation progress and follow upon pending tasks.
• Support daily reporting and administrative activities. Ensure all processes follow company procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Admin, Sales Admin, Purchasing Admin, or related roles.
• Goodorganizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling documents, reports, and data entry.
• Goodcommunicationandcoordinationskills.
• Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to workindependently andaspartofateam.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or related industries is an advantage.
