Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Beauty Therapist cum Consultant to join our aesthetic clinic team. This role combines hands-on treatment skills, client consultation, and administrative support to ensure a smooth clinic operation and excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions
• Perform basic facial and body slimming treatments
• Assist doctors during consultations and aesthetic procedures
• Operate aesthetic machines safely and according to SOPs
• Dispense medications as instructed by doctors
• Manage client appointments, inquiries, payments, and requests
• Maintain accurate client records and update the clinical database
• Promote clinic treatments, packages, and retail products
• Handle front desk duties including registration and customer service
• Prepare basic sales reports and support reporting tasks
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and professional environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or higher
• Experience in facial treatments and ability to perform beauty procedures
• Knowledge of beauty, aesthetic, and wellness treatments
• Ability to assess skin conditions and identify imperfections accurately
• Capable of leading and supervising a team of therapists in a new branch setup
• Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic procedures
• Ability to recommend and sell products based on clients’ specific needs
• Prior experience in spa, customer service, and/or sales environment is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
