Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in PH WORLD PROPERTY SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities. Work as a Main Contractor.
• Guide, motivate, and manage site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work stays on schedule and meets project timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all work meets specifications.
• Enforce strict health and safety regulations on site at all times.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site.
• Provide regular updates on site progress and challenges to the Superior.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction site supervision preferably in building, structure and architecture.
• With at least 2 years of solid experience preferably in residential development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Hold relevant safety and/or quality accessors certificate is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
