Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration/Logistic or any related course.

1.      Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

2.      Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on approved quotations and project requirements.

3.      Oversee the material delivery schedule to ensure timely arrival of materials on-site as per project timelines.

4.      Compile and maintain accurate records of materials received, ensuring all documentation is complete.

5.       Keep track of material price lists on a monthly basis to monitor cost changes and support budgeting efforts.

6.      Summarize material usage for each project, providing insights for future planning and cost management.
